Ordering Information and Procedure
Please Open an Order Form
prior to shopping, so you can bounce back and forth and enter patterns you wish to order, as you shop.
It will open in a separate tab or window, so you can keep it open while you shop.
Sorry, I do not offer a shopping cart at this time, as I would have to increase my prices in order to cover the costs associated with that.
All prices are in US Dollars.
Email deb @ debsrecycledsewingpatterns.com with questions or issues.

and $1.00 additional per pattern. Deb will adjust and confirm with you any additional charges.

$1.00 for each additional pattern. There is potential for high charges for large patterns, as explained under

track it on USPS.com .

$1.00 for each additional pattern.
- International First Class - The order form will estimate costs, however, costs vary
depending on country and weight of order.
It will be approximately $7.50 for first pattern. $1.50 for each additional pattern.
I will adjust the cost, and email you with the final total.
- Global Priority - Air Mail - Approximately $25.00 for up to 4 patterns,
but I must confirm, as cost varies with weight.
Ordering Online, Paying with Credit Card
All international orders must be paid by credit card, unless you
communicate with Deb directly first.
If you wish to order and pay with a credit card:
1. Fill in the
Order Form completely.
At the bottom of the form, indicate that you would like to
pay via PayPal's invoicing option, which allows you to pay
with a credit card or your PayPal account. Just put in 'PayPal'
2. Submit the order, which is securely sent to Deb.
This sends a copy of your order to Deb through a secure server. Your
private information is encrypted and secure.
3. Deb will confirm that what you have ordered is still available, via email.
A. If your total is correct, and all patterns are available in the
sizes you requested, I will create an invoice using PayPal, and send to you via email,
from PayPal. Paypal will include instructions
on how to process with your credit card or PayPal account.
All major credit cards are accepted, along with eChecks and debit cards.
B. If for some reason either the S/H is different or Deb can not complete your
order, Deb will communicate via email with the adjusted total for your approval, prior to
sending the invoice from PayPal.
Ordering Online, Paying with Check or Money Order
(Payment must be in US Dollars only. Sorry, but no international orders paid by check or money
order unless previously agreed to by Deb.)
If you wish to order and pay with a check or
money order:
1. Fill in the
Order Form completely.
At the bottom of the form, indicate that you would like to
pay by Check or Money Order.
2. Submit the order, which will then be sent securely.
This sends a copy of your order to Deb through a secure server. Your
private information is encrypted so no one can see it.
3. Deb will confirm that what you have ordered is still available, via email.
A. If your total is correct, and all patterns are available in the
sizes you requested, I will confirm your order via email, and hold your
patterns for 10 days, awaiting the arrival of your payment.
B. If your order form total needs to be adjusted, I will email you with
an explanation, and ask you to confirm the new total. If you confirm, I
will confirm your order via email again, and hold your patterns for 10 days
awaiting the arrival of your payment.
4. Send a check or money order. All international orders must be paid by credit card.

longer accept them.

Deb's Business Hours
I hope you will understand that this is a small home-based business,
so I'm not always online or in my office. But I am here to help you
in any way that I can with your sewing pattern requests.
PHONE: 978 . 602 . 9134. The best time of day to reach Deb via phone is: 8:30 AM
- 10 AM EST. For other times, leave a message on the answering
machine and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
Why I Don't Use "Shopping Carts"
I've made the business decision not to use shopping carts this at this
time. What that means is that Deb personally confirms that all items are available.
If I grow to a larger
business, I certainly will have to reconsider. However, that is a costly
investment, and I want to keep my expenses and prices as low as possible for my customers.
All orders will be confirmed via email. I will let you know if there are
patterns in your order that are no longer available, or if there are problems
with your order for any reason. I try to do this within one business day
(often within hours).
Why Might the Order Total Be Different from My Online Order Form's Total?
If the total I come up with is different from the Online Order Form's total
(either smaller OR larger value), then I will first send you email and
explain the total charges before I generate a PayPal invoice. You will
have to confirm that you accept this new charge total before I process it and
ship your order.
There are 3 reasons why the total on your online order form might differ
from that total you will be required to pay. (Usually, this means a
DECREASE in the total.)
1) Pattern not available. (Total bill will go DOWN.)
Occassionally, you and another person order the same pattern the same day. The
first customer I receive email from will have the pattern held for them, even
if they don't pay for it right away. I will notify the second person
person wishing to purchase the pattern that they are next in line for it. And
if the first person does not pay within the "on hold" timeframe, I
notify the second customer that it is now available.
How long will Deb hold a pattern for me?
While it is certainly more risky for me to hold patterns awaiting payment
(because sometimes customers decide not to send it), accepting checks
and money orders has been the basis of my business for many years, and I
realize that there are folks who do not like to use credit cards or PayPal to purchase
online. So I am honoring their preference.
2) Postage charges have to be adjusted for extra large orders or
patterns. (Total bill may go UP.)
On the order form, I try to estimate the shipping charges. But occassionally,
a pattern ordered is a large pattern (like some bridal or Vogue
patterns), or the order is large, thus requiring extra postage. Since I
try to keep your postage charges to a minimum, and not make money on you in
that way, I must charge extra if you've ordered something large, or
you've ordered a lot of patterns. International orders can also be tricky
to estimate prior to assembling the patterns being ordered because they depend
on where they are getting shipped.
3) You have incorrectly noted a pattern price. (Total bill may go
DOWN or UP.)
I sometimes decrease pattern prices, or run a sale. You should make sure that
you are viewing the current price of the pattern before adding it to the order
form. It may have changed since last you viewed it.
How Long Will Deb Hold a Pattern for Me?
Unfortunately, I have to limit the time I hold a pattern for you, awaiting a
check or money order, to 10 days after confirmation of order.
This should be enough time for payment
to reach Deb. I will let you know if I've not received payment, but if
there is a credit card customer awaiting the pattern, I will not be able to
hold it for you. If time runs out, and your check or money order arrives after
I sold the pattern to another person, I will contact you via email, and I will
return your check or money order, unless you'd like to apply it towards
another available pattern.
Problems with Your Order and Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, or have not received
your order, please email me at
deb @ debsrecycledsewingpatterns.com
during my business hours.
Deb will do everything she can to make sure you are happy with your order, and are
a returning customer. However, if you do not contact Deb to arrange a return, I reserve
the right to not refund your order. I do not refund orders for no reason,
such as you changed your mind. It would just be too costly to my small business. So
please be sure you want what you order and be sure that you are clear about the sizing and condition
stated in the description, prior to ordering. Deb will be happy to answer questions prior to
ordering so that you can make your best decision.
